Rates and Insurance
Rates
$180 for individual and $200 for couples per 50-minute session.
Payment
Cash, PayPal, and checks are accepted for payment at the time of service.
Insurance
Although Suzan is out-of-network, psychotherapy services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Suzan will provide statements for you to submit for reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis depending on net income.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment and have not given at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
